Hi, I’m the founder of Prairie Holistic, and this journey began with a simple truth - real healing starts from within.

As a Registered Nurse, I’ve spent years caring for others in the traditional medical world. But somewhere along the way, I realized that so much of true healing goes beyond medicine. It’s in the moments we slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with ourselves. It’s in how we nurture our minds and spirits, not just our bodies.

That’s what inspired me to create Prairie Holistic - a space where nature, self-care, and transformation come together. Every tea and bath blend I craft is made with intention, using herbs that soothe, restore, and uplift. Each blend is like a small act of self-love - a reminder that you deserve time to rest, heal, and feel good in your own skin.

This business is a reflection of my passion for healing, inner work, and helping others find balance and confidence in their own lives. It’s also something I’m building for my child - a legacy he can be proud of, one rooted in purpose, authenticity, and care.

Through Prairie Holistic, I hope to share what I’ve learned - that healing can be gentle, beautiful, and deeply empowering. Whether it’s a calming tea in the morning or a soothing herbal soak at the end of a long day, these are rituals that remind us to slow down, breathe, and come home to ourselves.
